Owerri Capital Development Authority: Engaged as External Solicitors, we successfully traced and initiated recovery proceedings against over 20 Obligors/Defaulters, ensuring the reclamation of public assets and debts., which included recovery and enforcement of compliance on the Owerri Capital Territory Master Plan against Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) & Federal Polytechnic Nekede and other tertiary Institutions in Imo State. This landmark development included taking complex recovery strategies against these Obligors [defaulters], delivering quantifiable results with high recovery ratios.

Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON): Engaged as Asset Management Partner (AMP) and Debt Recovery Agent (DRA). To date, we have handled over 30 briefs involving high profile obligors, applying proactive legal mechanisms, insolvency tools, and post-judgment enforcement to secure outstanding debts and attached assets.
